Description:
- Lead and support requirements analysis activities to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
- Oversee the testing team, including task assignment, progress monitoring, and performance evaluation.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans that align with project goals and objectives.
- Design and review test scenarios and cases to ensure adequate test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage the tracking, resolution, and reporting of test defects, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
- Continuously review and improve test processes, with a focus on enhancing automation capabilities and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience working with Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
- 3 years of experience in testing methods, including manual and automated testing techniques.
- 3 years of experience in test automation, including the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.
- 3 years of experience in systems analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
- 3 years of experience in developing and executing test scripts, including experience with scripting languages and testing frameworks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
