Material & Service Coordinator
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Material & Service Coordinator, are to:
- Enhance, maintain and document standardized work practices for Global Engineering to ensure efficient flow of data between Global Engineering and procurement teams;
- Create construction contracts in SAP / Update contracts with approved change orders;
- Provide support for the creation of purchase requisitions and service entries as needed;
- Review and validate construction contract invoices, request PM approvals, create service entries and process invoices for payment;
- Ensure contract lien waiver process is followed full and partial releases;
- Work to support, procurement and project teams to close projects;
- Serve as point of contact for construction contractor payment inquiries, contract status and billing procedure;
- Participate in cross-functional teams to improve efficiency of work processes and help attain targeted business results;
- Drive utilization of tools and techniques to standardized processes;
- Expedite equipment and 3rd party services requested by project managers and discipline engineers;
- Support engineering team with requests as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree;
- At least five years of procurement or related experience supporting large teams;
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools;
- SAP data entry and reporting experience;
- Collaborative team player capable of working well with people across all hierarchies internally and externally;
- Manage complexity, detail oriented and highly focused on delivering results;
- Execute assigned tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail while delivering a high-quality of service with on time results;
- Ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks and projects;
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret data.
