Berger Law Firm is a tight-knit, supportive team providing exceptional legal service to both businesses and individuals with primary focuses in intellectual property, business law, and estate planning. We are looking for a triple-threat team member who is experienced in business management, skilled in current marketing practices, and passionate about contributing to team success. Our fast-growing law firm is based out of Dallas, Texas. We like to work hard but do so comfortably. The office environment is casual and is home to Texas’ best office dog.
Office Management Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Managing the daily operations of information systems.
- Managing equipment, office services, and facilities.
- Managing schedules and appointments, including scheduling client calls, meetings, and travel.
- Providing administrative assistance to legal staff.
- Preparing legal correspondence and documentation, as well as a range of other documents.
- Coordinating with customers, external counsel, and other vendors to obtain and exchange information and documentation related to legal matters.
- Utilizing case-management systems for electronic management of legal files and creation of management reports.
- Overseeing, training, and managing the attorneys’ compliance with case management system, filing protocols, and docket/diary procedures.
- Ensuring that all necessary information is shared between clients and attorneys on various files.
- Overseeing and coordinating acquisition and maintenance of legal research and reference materials for office, including hard copy and electronic materials.
- Performing, facilitating, or delegating accounting functions as needed. This may include billing, preparation of financial statements, management of reports, and collections.
- Consulting with outside accountants for audits, preparation of tax returns, and the production of other reports as required by law.
- Assisting with human resource management as needed.
- Monitoring and responding to inquiries from potential clients regarding the firm’s services.
- Maintaining confidentiality of client information to the strictest standards.
Marketing & Social Media Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
- Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts such as monitoring the firm's brand on social media and building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
- Updating social media accounts and running social media advertising campaigns, including formulating high-quality and novel content (both written and visual) for each social media campaign.
- Managing the firm's online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Responding to comments on each of the firm's accounts.
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
- Creating and editing original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets the needs and deadlines of the firm.
- Speaking with internal and external parties to learn about their content needs.
- Conducting research to formulate ideas or support writing.
- Assisting in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content.
- Editing the firm's website and landing pages as needed.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Superior written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Advanced understanding of office management practices including knowledge of accounting procedures and information systems.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, and CRM and CMS software; working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills.
- Social media marketing experience; thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and motivation.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
This is a salary position requiring the ability to work a minimum of fifty (50) hours per week.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
