Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon is seeking a full-time, self-motivated Customer Service representative to join our dealership’s Business Development Center.
This position will be responsible for handling Service leads, inbound phone calls and customer retention.

Job Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound service calls
- Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
- Develop a pipeline of service opportunity leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Work with service and sales department to increase service traffic
- Stay up to date on active service specials and ongoing Lexus manufacture recalls
- Properly inform and advise customers on what to expect with their service appointments
