```Duties:```
- Take customer orders and process payments using the Toast POS system
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and timely delivery of food items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food service stations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Familiarity with tablet based reservation management systems is a plus
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and collaborate with kitchen staff and servers
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
