Position Overview
We are looking for a salon sales coordinator to really take our receptionist position to the next level!
- Sales experience!
- Self motivated!
- Client outreach (attracting passive clients)
- Give clients advice, suggest and sell services and products
- Explain and educate clients on how the services and products work (benefits and ideal services for client), communicate accurate information!
- Walk clients through start to finish of conversation and close the call with a booking/sale!
- Actively work the schedule and fill openings, reschedules and cancellations as a TOP priority
- Establish a high level of rapport and trust with potential clients and clients

- Answer and assist clients in questions and bookings
- Confirm, book, and reschedule appointments
- Check clients in and out, offer drinks, communicate with artists
- Give clients a unique, one of a kind customer service experience from the first call through checkout
- Respond to emails, text messages, and Instagram dm's for all clients
- Client outreach, ensure clients are happy and satisfied with service
- Work collaboratively with additional receptionists and/or artists
- Upsell retail products in the studio
- Additional tasks may be asked of receptionist
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized, self motivated, team player who will be the first point of contact for clients at the studio, greeting them in a polite, positive and well-spoken manner!
Qualifications
- 1-2 year sales experience in a salon or sales setting
- 1-2 years customer service experience with some form of customers or clients
- Shifts are from 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Ability to come into the studio
- High School Diploma
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly, professional attitude
- Motivated, proactive, self-starter, take-charge attitude
- Excellent communication skills, great customer service skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
