Brulin has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Training Manager. In this role, the professional will design, develop, and implement training programs based on both the company’s Strategic Plan and employee needs. The Training Manager will create and implement blended training opportunities between classroom, virtual, on-the-job, coaching, mentoring, and other training methods. The Training Manager is critical in creating a learning environment for Brulin and is responsible for communicating training policies and procedures across the organization, coordinating role analysis, will partner with leaders to build opportunities for job progression, maps training needs and helps to administer or coordinate required trainings.
Position Objectives & Primary Responsibilities
- Develop programs and curriculums for employees that are presented throughout the employee life cycle and help cultivate a never-ending appetite for learning that will help broaden employee’s knowledge.
- Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops and develop appropriate modification, if needed.
- Collaborate with the management to identify needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees.
- Plan, develop, and provide training and development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Prepare training budget for department and organization.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or in consultation with managers to identify training needs based on projected business needs and processes or changes.
- Evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of training activities, learning programs, materials, and employee performance.
- Conducts needs analysis and formulates leadership training that will include legal topics, employee relations, leader development. Present information with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
- Partner with leadership to develop job progression, succession planning with supporting training programs.
- Validate and or monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to provided trainings.
- Ensure the compliance of and solid tracking of the company’s training records.
- Provide ongoing support, feedback and mentoring to employees while also conducting evaluations and identifying areas where improvements are needed.

- A minimum bachelor’s degree (BS) in education.
- DISC certification a plus!
