Store Manager
Overview
BYREDO is seeking a full time Store Manager topromote brand engagement and loyalty from customers, top clients, and VIPs to achieve store business goals while leading a vibrant and inclusive store level team.
People Responsibilities
- Build a network of clients with high impact on local and international luxury business to develop loyalty
- Oversee and develop store clienteling approach
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop and retain high quality store talent
- Communicate openly and effectively with team to drive sales and achieve goals
- Provide and receive regular feedback regarding goals, performance, etc
- Coach team to achieve sales goals, playing an active role on the selling floor with an emphasis on VIC/VIP relationship
- Create and facilitate monthly events in store, utilizing local network, to drive community awareness
Operational Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations, including customer transactions, stock control and inventory
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly store performance recaps for HQ
- Analyze sales results, verifying daily, weekly, monthly activities and set up yearly KPI assessments
- Implement action plans to achieve sales target and perform to P&L
You have...
- 5yrs as luxury store manager
- 3-5 years previous makeup and/or beauty selling experience
- Associates/Bachelors degree (preferred)
- Strong clienteling skills and ability to drive sales
- Operational and sales expertise from a previous retail environment
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PPT, etc)
- Foreign language (plus)
