What You’ll Get to Do
The Project Manager (PM) shall act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort. The PM directs efforts of cross-competency teams, to include contractors at multiple locations, and shall serve as the primary interface and POC with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and project issues. The PM is also responsible for regularly briefing leadership on program status and milestones.
More About the Role
The PM shall oversee contractor personnel project operations by developing procedures planning and directing execution of the contractual, technical, multi-disciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress. The PM shall manage acquisition and employment of project resources and control financial and administrative aspects of the project. The Contractor shall work with the Director of Software Development, as well as other stakeholders as identified by the Sponsor however, priorities will be managed by the Sponsor project manager or appointee. You’ll get to provide a new enterprise-wide DevOps environment that develops next generation capabilities while integrating existing functional requirements.

The ability to Employ and leverage the principles and practices of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)™ to execute enterprise project management for the TO
A minimum of an ODNI Industrial Security Staff-Like Approval/Top Secret (ISSA/TS) with Polygraph security clearance
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business management, or related field.
A minimum of ten years of Project Management experience managing complex projects of a similar scope and complexity
An active certification in one of the following:
Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional (PMP)
Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification
Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC P/PM) Level 3
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business management or other related field
Experience in an IC, military, or other Government environment performing in a related subject area (e.g., project management, engineering, computer science, etc.) .
