WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO
As part of our on-going global expansion strategy, Capco is growing its Swiss M&A Practice in our Zürich and Geneva office. We are currently seeking to recruit Management Consultants with IT Data Migration expertise to lead and manage teams to support large scale transformation projects for our Financial Services clients. As team member collaboration, enthusiasm and encouragement are key to ensuring we maintain our culture and ensure we work in an environment where clients become colleagues.
- Understanding of and experience working with Merge and Acquisitions concept, especially IT Cutover best practices.
- Can communicate complex ideas to non-experts with eloquence and confidence to senior stakeholders
- Desirable experience as a Management Consultant or line role within a financial institution
- Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount you share our belief in disruptive innovation that puts clients ahead in a tough market. From Day One, your key skill will be to perceive new and better ways of doing things to give your clients an unfair advantage.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING WITH YOU
- Desired experience in programme execution, business analysis and change management within Financial Services / Capital Markets, in a data migration role such as IT Cutover.
- Proven ability to shape, design and manage the execution of a complete data migration.
- Expertise in defining data quality rules, data quality requirements and supporting IT in building data quality monitoring system will be an advantage
- Fluency in English and French (optional).
