We're looking to hire a new Site Manager that has positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and is eager to adapt and grow in a challenging yet fun work environment.
- Assist the General Manager as directed
- Hire, train, schedule and manage employees in daily tasks
- Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs
- Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance and other operational functions
- Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
- Liaise between managers, customers and employees
This is not your average sit at the desk job, labor is involved, you will spend hours outside with staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
