What are the responsibilities and job description for the ARNP position at Cellular Health MD?
Position Summary (Purpose): To provide preventative and integrative wellness through obtaining thorough patient histories, appropriate examination, interpreting diagnostic lab work, and creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in an autonomous environment with the support of a collaborating Physician. Treatments may include (but not limited to): Using lab work to guide supplementation regimens, procedural tasks such as Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) via pellet insertion, HRT treatment,
Intravenous Hydration, ordering and delivery of peptides and Vitamins/Nutrients through intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting consultation/ assesment with clients for wellness, weight loss, and HRT services
- Knowledge of BHRT/HRT
- Developing and implementing one-on one individualized patient patient treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Providing education to the patient with relevant information about the procedure and potential side effects of the product being used.
- Administering IV wellness infusions such as vitamin and mineral therapy, hydration therapy, and other wellness treatments.
- Ensuring all treatments are administered safely and accurately, following established protocols and best practices.
- Providing patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions and answer any questions they may have.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and techniques in this field
- Administer non-invasive services and treatments IV Cocktails
- Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Establish and maintain rapport with clients in order to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients.
- Evaluate client's suitability for all available services/treatments and perform treatments that same day.
- Pursue opportunities to upsell by educating clients on additional services.
- Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client.
- Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client's medical chart.
- Accurately maintain inventory.
- Assist in confirming invoicing details in order to appropriately bill clientele.
- Sustain proficiency through continuous education and training.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve company goals
- Utilize electronic medical record system
- Record patient’s health history in electronic medical record system
- Maintain license through ongoing Continuing Medical Education credits as required
- Abide by OSHA, HIPAA, and other relevant medical office regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited ARNP program
- Experience with IV therapy infusions
- Possess a valid Georgia license to practice
- Possess a valid Georgia drivers license
- Possess high initiative and autonomy as a provider
- Ability to take direction and adapt process
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
