JOB SUMMARY:

Community Federal Savings Bank (CFSB), located in New York City, is seeking a Sales Coordinator fluent in Portuguese and English to support its Card Services business. 

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales and managing client relationships in the payments and financial services industries.

CFSB partners with financial technology companies for card issuing services and third-party payment processors for merchant acquiring sponsorships. In its role, CFSB must provide operational support to its sponsored customers to research issues, address client requests and support the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates business development opportunities including scheduling meetings and maintaining a sales pipeline
• Communicates follow-up requests and requirements to prospective clients
• Track all inbound requests, feedback from stakeholders, and drive opportunities to a resolution
• Collaborate with third-party processors and vendors to resolve client inquiries
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to function well within a team and advocate for the needs of delegated client relationships.
• Strong presentation skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated to perform in a time sensitive work environment.

Education, Training, and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Two years or more of prior experience in business development, client relationship management, new vendor management.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000/annum

"Base salary range does not include performance-based bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience."
