What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foreman position at CGS Global?
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of electricians on various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise a team of electricians and provide guidance and direction as needed.
2. Conduit 1/4” rigid and 2” EMT type, must have experience leading crews with bending
3.Installation of cable trays, racks
4.Splicing and terminating electrical cable (up to 650kcm 480v)
5. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
6. Maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for electrical projects.
7. Experience leading electrical journeymen and apprentices at least 3 years in data center construction projects
8.Ability to read blue prints and schematics
9.Cable pulling
Qualifications:
-Must possess a minimum of OSHA10 but prefer OSHA30
- At least 3 years of experience in the electrical field.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
