What You Will Do: Planning, communicating, training and selling of the company's Reciprocating lift pumps within a defined region*. Maintain excellent customer relationships while striving to expand market share and achieve sales and profit goals. Close working relationship with Regional Managers, Executives and Salesmen. Identify specific high potential customers within the region, including a strategy for acquiring their business.
Maintain assigned customer accounts at their present locations
Develop relationships with major existing or potential customers
Inform Sales Representative of competitor's product line/pricing policy
Assist in establishing financial goals for assigned areas in a specific district
Prepare sales objectives and expense control goals
Prepare yearly sales forecast
Assist Regional Sales Manager with training customers on products
Inform Regional Sales Manager of new product opportunities
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
Maintains confidentiality of all matters
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license in state of residence
Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role
Aminimum ofone to twoyears' oil & gas experience
Strong knowledge of products and functions with the rod pump market
Ability to travel up to 80%
Must have good organizational skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Must be able to effectively communicate with personnel of all levels in an organization
The drive to provide excellent customer service
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the oil and gas industry
Supervisory or management experience
Experience with downhole pumps

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

Employee is required to regularly walk in customer field locations which may include inclines, uneven surfaces, and a variety of weather conditions.
Employee is required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment including but not limited to shoes/boots, hard hats, or respirators.
Some work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities.
Work will include regular visits to customer office or field locations.
Work normally is executed in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
Work will require visits to customer field locations in a variety of weather and temperature conditions.
Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
