As our Supervisor, Trauma at CHI St. Vincent, you will help our trauma team provide exceptional care to critically injured patients so they can achieve optimal recovery.
Every day you will oversee the daily operations of the trauma unit. You will be expected to coordinate patient care, manage staff, and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong leadership and critical thinking skills, as well as experience in trauma care.

Pay Range
$33.52 - $48.60 /hour

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of trauma care, including staff, protocols, and resources.
- Provide expert trauma care, educate staff, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Supervise and evaluate trauma team performance, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment
- Current RN licensure for the state of Arkansas upon hire.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in emergency nursing or critical care and in the care of the trauma patients, with advanced critical care skills
- BLS through the American Heart Association is required
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are required for Emergency Department
Pay Range
$33.52 - $48.60 /hour
