Store Manager
1. Job Types: Full-time/Part-time
2. Salary vs Hourly: To be determined by Franchisee and respective market conditions
3. Shift hours
a. Typically 11am-7pm so the store manager has crossover with all staff members in all
time periods of the day. This can/will vary based on business levels/needs.
4. Duties include but not limited to:
a. Training, scheduling and supervising the crew members
b. Inventory management including ordering supplies & tracking inventory levels
c. Tracking daily sales & cost
d. Customer service- to the Chip standard!
e. Preparing and serving cookies properly
f. Cleaning
g. Lifting up to 40 lbs

This is a full-time position working 5 days a week. Must be able to work Friday and often on weekends.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Management experience 2 years required
· Previous manager on duty experience preferred in the food industry
· Ability to manage & motivate bakers and delivery drivers
· Strong Customer service skills
· Strong leadership skills, ability to direct, guide, coach and hold employees accountable
· Basic experience with Microsoft suite
