What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mowing Crew position at City Turf Pro?
An outstanding opportunity exists for a Crew Member for our Allen and Auglaize County commercial and residential mowing accounts. We are looking for a hard working and reliable individual that wants upward growth. The right individual will have an opportunity to work in the Winter as well.
Requirements:
- You MUST have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, CLEAN DRIVING RECORD and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Minimum of 2 years experience is required with zero turn mower and can drive truck and mowing trailer.
- Understand and possess the ability and willingness to do physical labor daily.
- Available to work a varied schedule, (including a possible Saturday) in all types of weather.
- Ability to supervise, and follows directions.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to Customers and lead other employees with a positive influence.
- Wear clean company uniform daily.
- Properly inspect truck and trailer, and equipment in the morning.
- Perform all tasks of operations, throughout the seasons, including but not limited to mowing, string trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, mulching, pruning, installing plants, hardscape, and leaf work.
- Proper usage of all equipment, and follow safety procedures.
- Fill-up equipment with proper fuel (gas/mixed gas) in preparation for the next day.
- Work week based on completing scheduled routes.
STARTING PAY based on experience.
