Merchandiser

This route includes Watertown, Arlington, Cambridge, Brighton, etx. A vehicle is required! Please ensure that you are willing and able to navigate the these areas, pay for parking (to be reimbursed) and are willing to travel to locations that may require tunnels and/or bridges. Tolls will be reimbursed as well.

```Duties```

- Travel within your assigned territory to various retailers
- Set up and maintain product displays in retail stores
- Ensure products are properly stocked and organized on shelves
- Collaborate with store personnel to create visually appealing displays that drive sales
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Follow merchandising guidelines provided by the company to ensure brand consistency
- Use Adobe software to create visual merchandising materials

Requirements:

Valid driver's license

Reliable vehicle

must be over 18

```Experience```
- Previous experience in merchandising or related field preferred
- Knowledge of interior design principles and techniques is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with store personnel and customers
- Ability to sell products through effective visual merchandising techniques
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently
