General Manager
Job description: Oversee all plant operations daily. Review production schedules and goals regularly. Implement and maintain quality control standards. Monitor and update efficiency, productivity and profitability as needed. Manage all plant employees including production staff, drivers, maintenance technicians and leadership team members. Visit current and new customer locations regularly to ensure satisfaction. Review plant performance based on provided success metrics. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Provide staff training and discipline as necessary. Collaborate with Plant Manger and Human Resources to create appropriate staffing plans.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years production experience
• 4 years customer service experience
• 3 years supervisory experience
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Communication skills
• Must have or be willing to obtain COVID vaccination
