Comscore is seeking a Manager, Sales Development (SDR Manager) to help build, train, and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) that schedule and generate a high volume of qualified initial sales meetings to ensure Comscore meets its revenue objectives. The SDR Manager ensures the team effectively researches, engages, and connects potential customers to the sales team. This person also serves as the connection between the Demand Generation Marketing teams and Sales, providing feedback on inbound leads and input into campaign development to optimize messaging and targeting.
Responsibilities
Build out Sales Development program using best in class tools and tactics.
Recruit, onboard, and train SDRs.
Coach and develop SDRs to accelerate their contributions on the job. This includes regular meetings to prioritize and strategize on objectives and elevate the sophistication with which they approach their work.
Track sales team metrics and report data to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Make recommendations to management to help define strategy and processes to improve productivity and scale the impact of team on pipeline sourced and revenue generated.
Assist the Sales & Marketing teams with identification of target sectors and organizations.
Provide feedback to the Marketing team on in-bound leads and help fine-tune campaign messaging.
Research targeted accounts to identify key contacts and information for team outreach.
Prospect into target accounts, utilizing outbound sales tools, campaigns, and social outreach.
Qualify both outbound and inbound leads via email, phone, and social tool, and transition meaningful leads into the sales pipeline.
Work with Marketing to create personalized email campaigns and enhance existing campaigns to engage with prospects and generate demand for Comscores products and solutions.
Record and maintain in Salesforce, Comscores CRM, up-to-date team productivity information.
Coordinate with the Sales Operations team to maintain correct account information in Salesforce to reflect team member movement.
Coordinate with the Marketing Operations team to maintain correct lead routing structure for inbound leads.
Track and timely report on team progress to weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for initial sales meetings, pipeline sourced, and outreach activity.
Create and lead new-hire SDR onboarding training on sales techniques and processes, skills to develop, and introductions to company history and product offerings.
Maintain current knowledge on the latest trends within the relevant target industries to adapt messaging to prospects' needs and areas of interests.

Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or sales development role with high call volume environment, and at least 2 years SDR management experience.
Demonstrated experience developing SDR programs and playbooks that drive best practice behaviors andmeasurable outcomes.
Experience conducting a high volume of outbound phone & email activity.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and collaboration abilities.
Working experience with Salesforce, productivity tools such as Outreach, and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo andLinkedIn Sales Navigator highly preferred.
Experience with sales coaching and training required.
Compensation $80,000 - $105,000 Base; Commensurate with experience
