Interested in hiring an outgoing and motivated Leasing Consultant in Loveland and Longmont, CO for 200-500 units. Leasing Consultant duties include greeting & leasing to prospects, showing the benefits and features of the community, its apartments and explaining the location and benefits. Service-oriented and great communication skills to make prospects and residents comfortable and welcome.
Offering full-time employees health benefits, paid vacation, paid sick time, along with lease bonuses up to $90 per lease and $19.00/hr. to $21.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate the apartment leasing process with prospective residents. Demonstrate highest in positive customer service and timely follow-up to lease.
· Take prospective residents on tours of the apartments and property to show amenities. Assist in the application process, to “close” the lease!
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects and follow up through promptly set appointments to visit property.
· Learn and understand the full process or qualifying a prospect(s).
· Positive and accommodating phone answering, emails, and in-person within a timely and professional manner.
· Positive customer service feedback to residents for their satisfaction.
· Provides follow-through and assistance to Manager with the on-going administrating of maintenance work order updates for resident satisfaction.
· Assist the Manager in all aspects of leasing and customer service.
· Report and help maintain a neat office, models, and amenities for top notch standards.
· Achieve operational goals for “closing of leases.”
Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· Strong sales and/or leasing experience.
· High-level interpersonal communication skills.
· High energy, friendly, organized, and efficient.
· Bilingual a plus.
· Perform entry level math.
· Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and type at least 35 words per minute.
· Willing to take Fair Housing and Leasing/Customer Service courses.
· Work within accordance with company policies and procedures. Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Abide by all federal, state, and local laws and any other codes pertaining to apartments and property management.
