As the receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and team members alike. Your cheerful disposition and impeccable communication skills will be essential as you greet visitors, answer phones, and manage our busy front desk.

But it's not all answering calls and scheduling appointments - you'll also be the captain of the office ship, keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring that everyone is where they need to be. From managing our conference rooms to ordering office supplies, you'll be the glue that holds us all together.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors
  • Answer phone and direct calls to appropriate team member
  • Direct all incoming mail to correct personnel
  • Direct all incoming packages to correct personnel
  • Provide Administrative Support to staff such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
  • Schedule and organize any meetings, travel, hotel bookings and department activities
  • Order office Supplies for the company
  • Briefly clean break area
  • Break Room/Restrooms fully stocked
  • schedule office maintenance
  • First contact, support, and handle all inquiries related to Landlord
  • First contact, support, and handle all inquiries with Cleaning company
  • First contact, support, and handle all inquiries with Orkin
  • Decorate Office during holidays
  • Organize catering, buying desserts and snacks for the office
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience in office environment
  • Ability to work Mon-Fri 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to Multi-task is key
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Ability to handle last minute urgent request quickly, efficiently, and calmly
  • Strong Analytical skills: organization, detail-oriented, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Great Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
