We’re currently seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative in Wilmington, CA to join our team.
ConGlobal North America provides intermodal depot services in the US and Central America, operating at 26 depots and 7 Marine Terminals. We take pride in consistently delivering superior and reliable service to a wide range of Customers, a broad scope of services, and an exemplary safety record.
The Inside Sales Rep is responsible to provide support for the Wilmington Equipment Sales Manager and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction; have primary responsibility and accountability for the efficient flow of information to and from the Customers and the Sales Team, works with the Customer to ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner, assist the Sales Teams in maintaining itineraries and scheduling appointments, performs quote follow-ups with the Customer, responds to inquiries, assists with customer service issues, provides timely updates on orders. This position is an important role which can be an extremely challenging and rewarding position.
Responsibilities
- Assists to develop sales/marketing opportunities in the assigned territory
- Support all sales and leasing activities
- Assist with walk-in customers by showing available inventories
- Provide quotes to customer inquiries from web sites, phone calls and walk-ins
- Handle equipment deliveries to customer sites
- Work with the shop/yard to confirm container availability and order progress
- Order data entry for quotes, orders, purchases, and invoicing
- Insure payment is received for all sales and leasing activities
- Work with sub-contractors to handle special projects
- Develop pricing module for container modifications
- Additional responsibilities as outlined by management

Qualifications
- Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, unsupervised
- 2-3 years b2b sales or retail experience
- Bi-lingual is preferred
- Computer skills
- Professional phone skills
- Good communicator. Treats others with respect
