POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager assists in developing, managing, and reporting on multiple campaigns focused on product marketing and brand awareness. This critical role is responsible for supporting the development of marketing strategy, developing a creative content marketing strategy and substantive editorial calendar, creating and managing content, working with vendors and media contacts, and leading trade show planning and coordination.
Strong strategic and tactical marketer with excellent organizational skills to help drive successful corporate business to business strategy and accelerate revenue growth. Project management proficiency, ability to multitask, and excellent writing skills are required.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist development of marketing strategic planning, including tactical plans and budget allocation
- Coordinate overall marketing direction that corresponds to and takes advantage of key changes in the market, competition, new data treatment paradigm shifts, and market events
- Proven track record of successful multimedia campaign development and deployment
- Manage relationship with vendors and media contacts
- Partner across the organization to obtain commercial input into short and long-term needs
- Develop strategies for expanding brand awareness, assist in the integration of new products and brands into the CorEvitas family, including collaborating on launch and promotional strategies for new products
- Manage CorEvitas presence at industry events, coordinating and project managing to ensure participation is optimized
- Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market
- Collaborate with internal teams (including sales team) to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products and support collateral needs
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop and edit compelling content for use in a larger content marketing strategy
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills/Knowledge:
Demonstrated ability to coordinate product and brand campaigns from beginning to end
Curiosity is essential, as well as the ability to absorb and distill complex topics and create compelling messaging and storytelling
Ability to be a self-starter and take initiative in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
High level of interpersonal skills; adept in verbal and written communication
Must be organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
Must have a working knowledge of MS Office 365, HubSpot, WordPress, Monday, and Canva. Proficiency is a plus
Experience:
5 years marketing experience required.
Experience in pharmaceutical data and analytics, real-world evidence, and/or scientific research is optimal.
Must have a thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices
Education/training:
Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in the life sciences industry is preferred.
