As we continue to grow our product offerings and adventure towards expanding into new markets, we are seeking a Pricing Manager to join and oversee our pricing team. Our candidate of choice will be responsible for providing a strategic pricing vision to the organization and implementing defined goals for the team.
Pricing Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 pricing employees including coordinators, specialists, and analysts to drive performance goals and instill company values in team
- Provide motivational and developmental leadership to pricing team on a daily basis to enhance overall performance; conduct performance reviews and establish training plans
- Participate in the hiring process of all pricing team members
- Manage end-to-end pricing procedures, enhancing processes to make efficiencies and ensure timely response to market conditions
- Work closely with the VP and entire team on price change process, including implementation and associated analytics
- Weigh internal company variables such as goals, strategies, and targets to impact pricing effectively
- Communicate critical issues and actionable data to the appropriate business leaders to drive rapid outcomes
- Work with various internal teams on any requirements needed in the execution of price updates
- Develop a deep understanding of each region’s local needs and be able to translate the group and value stream guidance into flawless execution
- Supervise the re-pricing of open orders, as required
- Other related duties as assigned and necessary to the success of the team
Pricing Manager Requirements:
- 5 years of advanced pricing experience – with a distributor highly preferred
- 2 years of leadership experience, managing a team with direct reports
- Proficiency in SAP highly desired
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Understanding of end-to-end life cycle of a product portfolio
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Inspirational, collaborative, and hands-on leadership style
- Demonstrates a natural curiosity to continuously improve processes
- A customer-centric “no task is too big or too small” mentality

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
