Do you love Crumbl Cookies and sharing that love with others? We are actively looking for a Crumbl Cookies brand ambassador to join our team! This individual is passionate about partnering with our community, sharing awareness of our locations and products, and creating connections to drive increases in revenue.
This is a unique opportunity to join a company that is building its foundation and support the evolvement of multiple brands in multiple states! The brand ambassador will work directly with their store manager and upper management to plan and execute the stores local marketing and brand awareness plan that is designed to achieve traffic and sales growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drives in store and catering revenue and measures effectiveness
- Drives brand awareness through local partnerships, events, and donations
- Product drop offs, samplings, and sales pitches
- Networks, participates, and creates community connections
- Planning, producing, and managing the execution of grass roots marketing and recruiting tactics
- Understands brand culture, product offerings and systems
- Partners with store leader to enhance customer experience
- Understands and upholds brand expectations, standards, and policies
- Creates material, media or branding tools to deliver the company's message
- Establishes and maintains good working relationship with general managers, community, vendors and venues.
- Maintaining privacy through confidentiality of business along with representing the brand with the upmost integrity
- All other company expectations such as expense reporting, record keeping, approval process, recording time worked, and living our mission and values.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Driver’s license, clean driving history and own reliable vehicle
- Independently motivated and committed
- Ability to manage own projects and drive initiatives
- Possesses good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Existing community investment and connections
- Understanding of quick food service operations
- Experience with marketing and driving sales
- Positive attitude towards challenges and changes
- Remarkable customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
