Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on cranes and hoists
- Diagnose mechanical issues and execute repairs on diesel engines and hydraulic systems
- Service and maintain crane booms and outriggers to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with service technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs performed
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all repair and maintenance work
- Proven experience as a Crane Mechanic or similar role
- Strong knowledge of crane systems, including hydraulic and diesel engines
- Familiarity with hoists, booms, and outriggers
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant certifications in crane mechanics or heavy machinery repair are a plus
