Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Senior Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Provide software testing and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Research user reported issues, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Perform testing activities by understanding business use cases and draft test cases that describe system requirements, entry criteria, and exit criteria. Create test cases for functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box, and end-to-end testing for software implementation. Perform test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing, including SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), End-to-End, and Performance Testing. Route all test cases, testing results and reports for approvals as per established validation protocols.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have one year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires one year of related work experience in each of the following:
• Performing assessments of existing information systems and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, utilizing Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Mind Map tool, SWOT Analysis, current-state and future-state methodology, gap analysis and evaluating solutions to bridge the gaps;
• Synchronizing testing and test artifacts including planning, analysis, executing Functional testing, Integration testing, bug fixing, and deployment across all phases of testing utilizing Jira, HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and HP Quality Center (HPQC);
• Testing sub-components of larger application systems and integrating the applications with each other and continuously optimizing the system structure to improve stability and performance, utilizing Semaphore and Jenkins;
• Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing Jira, Confluence, and HPQC;
• Developing automation test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and Cypress for end to end validation of the user interfaces of clinical and financial systems;
• Tracking system defects using Jira, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details;
• Assisting in designing test plans and drafts and executing test cases using TestRail, Jira, and Confluence; and
• Writing SQL/PLSQL queries of moderate to high complexity and ETL code using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Informatica.
