Lead a Team and Drive Business Growth
DIFILIPPO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base, while also identifying new business opportunities and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
- Manage daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales or customer service experience

Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
