Job Title: Marketing Lead
Hours: Full Time
Pay Range: $70k - $80k
Reports to: Head of Strategy
Job Description: The Marketing Lead will be responsible for promoting and advertising DirtFish and all of its products and services. This includes all outreach, potential partnerships – across both the School and Media – and advertising campaigns in line with the DirtFish branding and mission.
- Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to expose DirtFish to new and emerging markets, as well as to reach out to existing customers and local audiences
- Producing ideas for promotional events (on property or off) and implementing them with the team
- Maintain the DirtFish Rally School Wordpress website, Shopify merchandising platform, and GoDaddy server
- Creating effective advertising campaigns, through our online platforms and through in-person events
- Plan and execute campaigns for individual, team, group, and corporate programs
- Work with merchandising manager and design team to produce relevant, fresh, on-brand merchandise
- Work with the photography/media team to plan and produce social media campaigns and consistent posting schedules
- Work with the UK-based Media team to produce and promote global content
- Work with the Media team on commercial partnerships
- Manage and stay within the constraints of the marketing budget
- Consistent research into constantly changing demands from the market
- Working closely with our sales department to maximize effectiveness and to support sales leads and generation
- Manage and maintain brand guideline compliance, revision, etc. - this includes vinyl work to keep our vehicle fleet up to brand standards
- Manage your team composed of our photography staff
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Creative, innovative thought process, top-level communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to commercialize creativity benefiting the School and Media sites
- Proficiency within advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta ads, etc
- Significant experience operating WordPress, GoDaddy and other web developer tool
- Knowledge of vectorizing images for vinyl cutting - ideally, be familiar with vinyl plotters or open to training
- Be up to date with current technological and online marketing techniques, software, and programs
- Must be customer oriented and able to communicate with potential students
- Photography, videography, editing, and graphic design experience is a huge plus
