POSITION OBJECTIVE We are looking for a professional, customer service-oriented Single -Unit Store Manager to oversee daily operations for Dirty Dough stores in the metropolitan area of Provo Utah. We need someone who is flexible in their schedule and has the ability to work shifts through the late evening. As the Single -Unit Store Manager, you will work in and supervise all operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking management tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and making sure that all operations are running smoothly. The ideal candidate Has Great customer skills with abilty to maintain monthly sales goals, in addition to being an excellent communicator. The Single -Unit Store Manager should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Motivate the store team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff. Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. Hire, train, and oversee all staff. Responsible for the financial performance and management of each store’s P&L. Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional, timely manner. Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations. Make sure that quality is being met for every single batch of cookies that is made. Oversee production and baking at the store. Monitor inventory levels and order new items. Communicate and work well with the owners. Follow and implement processes and directives. Monitor daily operations and organize a plan for improvements. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet store targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of stock records and minimize shrinkage
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Train new employees on store operations, product knowledge, and customer service standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks
- Excellent administrative abilities, including record keeping and report generation
- Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
- Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle customer calls professionally
