- Assist in implementation and adoption of the improvements
- Assist in making improvements to all facets of Jira use:
- Workflows
- Projects
- Exposure to Scaled Agile frameworks
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and processes
- Ability to understand Agile teams needs in using Jira and recommend best practices
- Experience in Jira administration process
- Expertise in Jira projects configuration and maintenance
- Deep understanding of Agile and DevSecOps practices and toolsets
- Demonstrated experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
- Conduct meetings with Agile teams to understand their Jira usage pattern
- Analyze Agile teams Jira usage and identify optimum/better process
- Work with business and IT leads to understand Scaled Agile framework that is being implemented
- Propose and design standard schemes for Jira including Workflow, Screen, permission, notifications, etc. that can support scaled Agile framework
- Map Jira issues from old project/scheme to new project/scheme
- Understand and propose dashboard and reporting requirements
- Drive Jira process standardization across the organization
