At Spectra, a Diverzify company, our Junior Account Executive is responsible for guiding our customers in selecting and purchasing the appropriate construction cleaning services for their projects. They may deal with bulk customers or large corporations looking for comprehensive cleaning solutions for their properties. In this position, you will be responsible for daily sales calls to existing customers and the development of new customers. The emphasis will be on providing turn-key construction cleaning services to Facilities Managers, General Contractors, and Property Managers. You will work with clients to understand specific project needs and analyze all leads provided by sales management and fellow account executives. Additionally, responsibilities include budgeting, estimating, providing value engineering cost-saving ideas to the customer, extensive project management, and coordination of cleaning projects that range from small to large.

Job Description
- Work under the guidance of an established Account Executive for approximately the first 6 months to learn more about our offerings and how to work with clients and provide the best service possible on a daily basis.
- Cultivate relationships with general contractors, end users, and property managers.
- Submit pricing quotes to existing, new, or potential clients.
- Work with President and Sales Manager to ensure Contracts from Customers are accurate and aligned with estimate/proposal inclusions/exclusions.
- Work with the project team to coordinate RFI's & submittals and installation with the Customer
- Follow through by visiting job sites during project commencement to ensure quality control and timely work performance
- Create and submit cost proposals for changes in work during the commencement of the project
- Manage projects in conjunction with the project coordinator or installation supervisor.
- Help solve problems and ensure that the jobs are installed properly.
- Work with the project team to ensure change orders, billings and close-out documentation are submitted regularly and kept current
- A High School Diploma/GED is required
- Previous sales experience or building science/construction management or advanced commercial floor installation experience is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motorized vehicle.
- Strong math skills calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, and volume.
- Willing to travel up to 35% of the time may be needed and attendance at industry and trade shows may be possible.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
