District Manager

*Store unit locations that this District Manager position is hiring for may vary and range through the Des Moines area, and may reach to Marshalltown, Altoona and Ames.

Job Duties:

• DMs will Lead and Oversee the operations of 4 Quick Service restaurant facilities in the Minnetonka area. (All are less than 20 minutes from each other.)
• DMs will lead their unit Managers in execution of operations and administrative tasks in accordance with Domino’s rules and practices.
• DMs will lead and guide their Crews in the processes required to prepare & cook customer's orders in accordance with Domino’s standards and procedures.
• DMs will communicate and guide their crews regarding additional operating standards and requirements of the company.
• DMs are responsible for crew performance, food quality, customer satisfaction and financial goals.
• DMs will lead unit crews to drive sales, maintain quality product and promote a great experience for customers and employees alike.
• DMs will monitor the performance of the stores, coordinate with the franchise office, and participate with in-store operations as a coach and extra support when needed.
• DMs will oversee onboarding, coaching, training, and employee development.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of Food Service Management Experience.
• Availability to work Nights & Weekends.
• Must be available for at least 50 hours per week.
• Must be able to Manage and Lead multiple crews in a fast-paced industry.
• Must have great customer service skills.
• Must have great communication and leadership skills.
• Must have attention for detail & food quality.
• Must display maturity, patience, and great interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to lift 50lbs with good mobility.
• Basic computer, math, and business software skills.
• Must have Dedication to excellence and positivity!
• Must be able to work in the Des Moines area.

• DM Position Pays $70,000 Flat yearly Salary with monthly bonuses on top that can equal over $100k in yearly income.
