What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter Facility Maintenance position at DTS?

Pay is between 19-21.00
Shift-candidates must be open to day and swing shift
Candidates must be open to working weekends
- Take daily equipment performance readings, inspect equipment and make simple equipment repairs.
- Be assigned general maintenance work orders through the Issue Trak system
- Assist in setup/teardown of conference room furniture
- Repair building surfaces , ceiling tile, walls, doors, floors, replace light bulbs and clean lenses and A/C vents.
- Assist other maint. assoc. performing equipment repairs and travel to other building sites.
- Interface with contractors, PPE adherence and security
- Participate in On Call rotation
- This candidate shall work on 1st shift or 2nd shift , be non exempt, will be trained and take direction from the Sr.Maint Association
- This candidate must possess the aptitude of a mid level maintenance technician with a minimum of a high school diploma and trade school background and/or 5 years in building maintenance support.
- This candidate should have experiecerepairing/replacing building surfaces such as ceiling tile, walls, doors, paint and floor coverings.
- This candidate should be able capble of troubleshooting building equipment including electrical circuits, mechanical and plumbing systems and recommend or make repairs.
- This candidate must be well acquainted with the safe use of all hand tools and motor operated machinery.
