What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Writer position at EAPC?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Content Writer to join our team in Grand Forks, Fargo, Bismarck, ND; St. Paul, Bemidji, MN; or Sioux Falls, SD! This position will be responsible for providing marketing support to assist with various marketing related projects and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
As a Content Writer you will:
- Develop compelling and differentiating content for proposals: cover letters, methodologies, project understandings, design process, etc.
- Develop content for website and social media platforms
- Develop content for marketing collateral and other requested materials
- Prep/research, organize, develop/design, and produce competitive proposals for opportunity pursuits
- Manage proposal folder content
- Create project job sheets as part of Project Closeout process
- Collaborate with fellow teammates at weekly marketing meetings and report on status of proposal progress/status and other design tasks assigned
Develop content for marketing collateral and other requested materials
To join us you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in content writing and graphic design. Creative and technical writing experience is a requirement.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Applications: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Creative thinker and innovator of ideas with a passion for writing and design.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate as part of a highly functioning, deadline-driven team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, solution provider, independent thinker.
- Ability to prioritize and follow through on assignments.
- Must possess valid drivers license.
- Must be eligible to work in the US
This is a full-time position that will report directly to the Marketing Director and will work as an integrated member of the marketing team and Bismarck office.
