What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler position at Elite?
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- Warehouse, inventory management and logistics tasks experience
- Handling solvents and chemicals experience
- Understand product description, SKU and PO numbers.
- Familiar with production equipment including reactors, stirrer, vacuum pumps, and vacuum ovens.
- Basic computer skills. JDE skills preferred.
Responsibilities
- Waste material movement, solvent tank movement.
- Requires lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Support warehouse receiving/shipping with handling of documents and accurate product counts.
- Communicate daily with Inventory, Quality and Production.
- Operate forklift.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
