COMPENSATION:  $17-$20 per hour 

Enchant is looking to fill a seasonal role starting early November 2022 until January 2023. Given Enchant is growing rapidly, there may be the potential to continue working with our organization. 

WHO WE ARE:  

We are creators of a magical holiday event called Enchant Christmas featuring the world's largest light maze and village market. We have hosted over three million guests over the past 5 years and have experienced significant growth. In 2022, we will be producing 9 shows in 8 U.S. cities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR: 

• Work with Manager on Duty to ensure the Enchant Christmas experience is superior on all levels. This will include the presentation of all assigned zones/areas and report back to the Manager on Duty regarding any issues that need to be addressed. 
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings to ensure that your teams are well informed of any special events and groups attending that evening and ensure they are executed according to plan. 
• Supervise assigned zones constantly and consistently for guest experience and team member quality assurance.
• Provide leadership to the Enchant Staff in your assigned zone and ensure they have all materials and assets to execute their position. 
• Create and plan the break schedule for the Enchant Event staff in your assigned area.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness for the assigned zone to ensure a memorable and magical experience for all. 
• Represent Enchant Christmas in any guest experience situation and diffuse/report any incident to the Manager on Duty.  
• Responsible for radio communications and best practices. 
• Fill out a nightly report in conjunction with the Manager on Duty. 
• Remain in uniform at all times and wear appropriate credentials for the safety and security of the Enchant team. 
• Create a warm and hospitable environment of Christmas magic for all.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• A minimum 1-3 years  experience in event and/or site management experience. (some roles need this, not all)
• Vision and creativity on how to create a premium value-driven experience.
• Self-directed, extremely meticulous and organized with an ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives.
• Exceptional leadership skills, highly proficient communication, and ability to build a high performing team and to establish cooperative relationships with a variety of internal and external clients. 
• Ability to work with multiple leaders through a complex company to get things done.  Strong communication skills and can work as both a leader and a valued team member.  
• A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional results.
• Demonstrates flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
• A sincere desire to help create magical memories.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to move objects up to 40lbs. 
• Must be able to frequently walk and stand. 
• Occasionally sitting. 

All staff must be prepared to work the entire production run from the load-in to the load-out.
