As a superintendent you’ll be getting in the field, solving problems, collaborating with a skilled team, and working directly with our clientele.
Job Details
Work cooperatively with our design/sales team and Project Manager.
Manage customer service on all assigned projects.
Communicate with our homeowner and perform site visits daily.
Manage all project timelines and project profitability
Schedule trade partners for each project, completing walk through, snap layouts and daily clean up.
Coordinate and update trade partners.
Communicate and administer change orders.
Collect all assigned scheduled payments and change order payments.
Troubleshooting, walking through, and resolving any issues that arise.
Requirements
Successful candidates will possess 1 plus year(s) of residential new home construction experience.
Excel knowledge and other Microsoft familiarity required.
Experience with customer service and conflict management.
Estimating experience preferred.
A Construction Management degree is preferred.
Experience with customer service and conflict management.

Must have driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
Salary Range
65,000 – 80,000 Bonuses and Vehicle Allowance
