\n- Assist DOF with GL monthly closings and financial report preparation.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Analyze and reconcile General Ledger accounts.
- Maintain prepaid and accrued expense schedules.
- Close Fixed Assets and Construction in Progress monthly.
- Provide backup for Accounts Payable and post Cash deposits.
- Process construction draw requisitions.
- Prepare reports required under bond agreements.
- Aid in budget preparation and reporting.
- Generate monthly and quarterly analytic reports and periodic regulatory reports.
- Assist in preparing required tax filings.
- Special projects as needed assigned by the CFO and DOF.
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years’ general accounting experience
- Experience in healthcare or hospitality setting, desirable
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Dynamic written and verbal communication skills

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
