Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, and pruning to ensure the grounds are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing.
- Remove debris, litter, and fallen branches from the grounds to maintain cleanliness.
- Monitor and report any signs of damage, deterioration, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on the premises.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of lawn care equipment and tools.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
