PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER

Reports to: Owner

Classification: Part Time, hourly

JOB SUMMARY: Production Team Members participate in all stages of production, bottling & shipping. As with all positions at Fillaree the responsibilities and duties for this position evolve on a continual basis depending on the needs and growth and scale of our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liquid Soap ingredient preparation, production, and bottling

• Essential Oil Blending

• Mixing of liquids to make soap

• Following Safety protocols when dealing with caustic materials

• Following Good Manufacturing Practices established by OSHA

• Reviewing weekly batches & counting inventory

• Accurately making, marking boxes, & filling orders for shipping and local delivery

• Completing a thorough daily cleaning of the production space, dishes, wares, equipment, tables, and general warehouse area

• Inspecting products and notifying quality issues to operator or supervisor

• Secure Taping & labeling packages

• Intake and Inventory of raw materials

• Facilities cleaning and recycling

• Packing/labeling product on various types of equipment

• Assisting with packing boxes for shipping / fulfillment

90-DAY GOALS:

The following list of goals must be accomplished within 45 days of being hired. All resources necessary to accomplish these goals will be made available. If the following goals are not accomplished, a permanent position will not be offered.

• Complete skills training checklist

• Become familiar with all aspects of order production, our products, and processes (SOP)

• Become familiar with the company structure, policies, personnel, etc.

• Cross-training on FedEx/USPS, both bottle filling, and shipping procedures EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

• Hourly wage starting at $18-$25 per hour based on experience, with an increase upon a successful 90-day review

Hours Vary and can are flexible but will be completed within 3 - 5 days of 8 hour shifts
