The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- At least 2 years of experience at the management level (AGM or GM)
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Experience with hiring, onboarding and training new hires
- Passion for hospitality
- Experience with beverage purchasing, product knowledge and costing
- Experience writing schedules and adhering to target labor percentages
- Time management skills
- Thrives in a leadership position
- Respected by their peers
- Interest in growing with an expanding restaurant group
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
