Job Summary Job summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Aguascalientes Due to Medical area growth, new vacancies are generated to cover new customers. Quality Engineer is responsible for monitoring the process validation/qualification of the new assembly line, ensuring that Quality Management System and Customer requirements are met. What a typical day looks like: Developing standards for inspection, testing and evaluation. Developing forms and instructions for evaluate, monitor and report quality and reliability data. Developing & implementing methods for disposition of discrepant material and devices methods to assess cost and responsibility. Managing workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability. Compiling and writing training material and conducting training sessions on quality control activities. Supporting to Product Engineers and Program Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues. Assuring data availability and integrity for all quality related data, consolidating data in quality reports. Initiating corrective actions requests as needed and tracking until completion. Assisting with development and implementation of quality audits. Developing, applying, revising and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into subassemblies or finished products. Designing and implementing methods and procedures for inspect, test and evaluate the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Quality Tools High analytical capacity Pro-active, methodical and negotiator Good interpersonal relationships.
