RAIV Hospitality is looking for line cooks to join our FLIP BURGER team. Located at 105 Portage Rd. Lewiston, NY 14092. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.
Who are we:
FLIP BURGER is a chef driven quick service burger restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down workstation
- Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Weigh and measure ingredients to be used
- Prepare food as per our recipes
Qualifications
- Big Smile, Positive Energy, Love working with people and in the kitchen
- Experience working in a BOH position
- experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred, but not required
- Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Members of our team, your compensation will include the following benefits:
- Base hourly rate starting at $17.00
- $1.94 per hour in food and drinks (FREE FOOD!)
- $1.00 per hour in tips (may vary by location, days and hours worked)
- Two days off per week to support you in having an active life outside of work
