Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Specialist to join our team. The Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, real estate administration, personal assistance, dental receptionist duties, calendar management, and office management. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and execution
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Provide support in real estate administrative tasks including document preparation and filing
- Assist with personal assistant duties for executives, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
- Manage dental receptionist duties such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, typing, and photocopying documents
- Assist with medical office tasks as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in event planning, real estate administration, personal assistance, dental receptionist duties, calendar management, office management, or similar roles is preferred
- Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
