Verity has an immediate opening for a New Home Specialist!
As the 10 year market leader in the Bismarck/Mandan and surrounding metro and rural area(s), our company has never been satisfied with the status-quo, and certainly not with aging-in-place as most Builders do in North Dakota.
Verity Homes is seeking out likeminded passionate individuals to join our Sales Force, to help drive us through our next stages of growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ability and desire to learn, complete and continue to follow our structured sales process with every customer the NHS meets with
· Ability to learn, become proficient and continually use all company software programs and systems
· Meticulously use and maintain CRM program, always keeping all leads information up to date and all leads always followed up with
· Complete and report on weekly traffic and weekly activities performed by NHS
· With direction, able to plan and execute marketing presentations, including, but not limited to; Realtor Events, Realtor Office visits, self-generated appointments, set appointments through ISA or Admin Assistant, self-generated appointments
· Able to spend time in the field with Construction, Customer Care Coordinator, and office associates
· Work in the Model Home Center or Verity Office center and meet with prospects and walk-in traffic
· Give Tours of the model home center to prospects and realtors. Show the community, lots, and any available spec homes
· Help in choosing the right model home for each individual buyer
· Builds confidence with potential home buyer by selling features/benefits of VERITY Homes
· SELL HOMES
· Market your community (participation in local networking events or local sales organizations).
· Host Community events
· Serve as a trusted advisor/primary point of contact for home buyer from initial meeting through home closing. Scope may vary during phases of sales process.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE:
· Minimum 3-year experience in New Home Sales required
· Competitive spirit and a drive for success is required in this role.
· Must have excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, and be willing to work on the weekends and 45-55 hours a week (6 day work week- weekends are just a few hours of open houses, not full business hours).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
· Sales background is a MUST
· A real estate license is not necessary, nor is it preferred as it’s not a state requirement.
· Experience in a commission-based sales role is preferred.
