What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receiving Associate position at Framebridge?
Framebridge has redefined custom framing by making it easier and more affordable to beautifully custom frame art, photos and mementos online and in retail stores. We’re a high-growth company expanding rapidly, and we’re hiring the team to help us deliver beautiful custom frames. Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintaining safety, cleanliness and organization in your work area
- Unpacking and cataloging customer artwork mailed to the facility
- Documenting artwork specifications using various computer programs
- Careful handling of physical mailed in artwork, often very fragile or valuable
- Creating and verifying work orders for all arrived artwork
- Working with Customer Service reps to find solutions for artwork with special restrictions.
- Provide input to Managers and Team Leads on how to improve quality and productivity.
- Work as part of a team to accomplish hourly and daily quality/delivery goals
Basic Qualifications:
· Proficient measuring skills (i.e., ability to read a tape measure)
· Self-driven with a sharp attention to quality and detail
· Strong computer skills
· Comfortable handling artwork with utmost care
· Knowledge or interest in learning about different art mediums
· Ability to stand for long hours at a time (8 - 11 hours for our FT team members)
· Physically able to lift, carry and move up to 30 lbs.
· Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required
· Effective communication skills and desire to be part of a goal-oriented team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
