We are looking for an independent, self motivated person to keep our in house bakery inventory stocked!
Responsibilities for Baker
- Take daily inventory and prepare daily tasks list.
- Follow established house recipes
- Assemble all dry and wet goods for production
- Work independently and managing time to keep on task
- Must be confident in using all equipment and familiarity on basic ingredient knowledge and science of baking.
- Must help keep inventory of baking supplies
- Ensure all baked goods are stored and packaged properly
Qualifications for Baker
- 1 years experience in a relevant field preferred, but willing to train
- Firm understanding of the Metric and Imperial systems of measurements
- Can follow detailed written or verbal instructions precisely
- Mindset to work safely around hot or dangerous items
- Content with adhering to all Health and Safety dress-codes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of standing for up to a 10 hour shift
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Must be self starting and can work independently.This is a great position for someone looking to grow their baking experience. Schedule can be flexible. Don't hesitate to apply.
